Clinician Assist is fully “build-to-suit” EAP addressing the unique work/life balance needs of mental health and community service professionals. Clinician Assist has been developed specifically for clinicians in the mental health and community service sectors. We only provide EAP programs to the mental health and community service sectors.

We have identified 8 reasons why Clinician Assist should be at the top of your organisation’s list for EAP providers.

1. Through Clinician Assist, Clinician.Net offers a frame to attract and retain the best and brightest people by focusing on creating ‘employers of choice’ in the mental health and community service sectors.

2. Clinician Assist is committed to improving your organisation’s bottom line. Through the delivery of evidence based programs and support Clinician Assist programs can lead to declines in the use of sick leave, work related accidents, workers compensation claims, lost productivity, grievances, employee deviance and time spent on supervisor reprimands in the mental health and community service sectors.

3. Understanding the mental health and community service sectors. Clinician Assist will balance the needs of your employees and the needs of the organisation. This understanding allows the management team to stay focused on achieving its business objectives and emphasises the value your organisation places on its employees.

4. Customised Programs. Although we offer a frame, Clinician Assist recognises that there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution. We believe that tailoring the right program to meet an organisation’s requirements is just as important as providing a quality service.

5. Practical Experience. Our consultants have a wide range of experience in providing psychological services, crisis management, consultancy, counselling and training to a variety of mental health and community service settings.

6. Superior Responsiveness. We have a practical ability to understand and meet your most stringent requirements – from inception of your program and emergencies, to rapid turnaround time and long term administration.

7. Knowledge of Psychological Disorders. Our experience in the mental health and community service sectors enables our service to deal with the full range of psychological needs facing your employees (Including stress, depression, anxiety and deviance).

8. Flexible Service. Our Provider Network of credentialed Psychologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse and Psychiatrist providers expands on a continuous basis ensuring qualified providers conveniently located near your workplace.
